I bought a used car from 94 Nissan a little over a year
I bought a used car from 94 Nissan a little over a year ago, and by some unfortunate circumstances there was some major issues with the title transfer. The GREAT people at 94 Nissan (Zach, Tina, and Tim) as well as JoAnn, worked for months with the Secretary of State to resolve the issue. Unfortunately it was to no avail, but they didn’t stop there. Zach & Tim went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They helped me find another vehicle comparable to the original one I purchased, and they allowed me to trade the other one in to avoid going through any more pain & suffering 😂 dealing with the state. And then Tina made sure that everything on the new car was up to standards, and when there was an issue with the battery, she had it replaced. I am OVERJOYED & EXTREMELY THANKFUL for the Team at 94 Nissan, and look forward to buying more cars from them in the future. So Thanks again, God Bless you all, and keep up the GREAT work. P.S. He then rudely told me “you can just leave then bye” because I ask why he ran my credit twice bringing my credit score down by 110 points. I’ve worked so hard to bring my credit up just for it to lose 110 points in a matter of 2 minutes and to be rudely kicked out based on a simple question which should have been easily answered
