I bought a used car from 94 Nissan a little over a year ago, and by some unfortunate circumstances there was some major issues with the title transfer. The GREAT people at 94 Nissan (Zach, Tina, and Tim) as well as JoAnn, worked for months with the Secretary of State to resolve the issue. Unfortunately it was to no avail, but they didn’t stop there. Zach & Tim went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They helped me find another vehicle comparable to the original one I purchased, and they allowed me to trade the other one in to avoid going through any more pain & suffering 😂 dealing with the state. And then Tina made sure that everything on the new car was up to standards, and when there was an issue with the battery, she had it replaced. I am OVERJOYED & EXTREMELY THANKFUL for the Team at 94 Nissan, and look forward to buying more cars from them in the future. So Thanks again, God Bless you all, and keep up the GREAT work. P.S. Received a call over 2 weeks ago from Jimmy out of
Received a call over 2 weeks ago from Jimmy out of nowhere telling me I had bought a vehicle from them in the past and was wanting to know if I'd be interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him he was mistaken (I've never purchased from 94 Nissan), and I wasn't looking to buy right now. I've received a call and voicemail at least every other day since then. The number is blocked and yet I still receive a call and voicemail at least every other day. What sane person would expect someone to come purchase a vehicle from them after harassing them with calls non-stop when their number is obviously blocked?? I maybe would've considered 94 Nissan in the future for my next vehicle before this but will never consider them again after this experience.
