Kelvin was such a great support in the process of getting my car. He was VERY patient with me and i appreciate it cause it was some barriers that made me hesitant to get my car but I got a 2025 Nissan Kicks and I am so excited to drive my new car ! From the moment we got there Pastor Otis was welcoming, genuine and transparent. He worked with us to get us driving that day! He took his time made sure we understood everything and even stayed longer than his scheduled time to ensure we were taken care of. It was a wonderful experience. Nissan 94 oil change is to expensive and Nissan 94 don't offer coupons to their repeat customers.

DESHUN was great! He provided excellent customer service from beginning to end and even offered me a plate of food, which I really appreciated! He made the process quick and easy, and I would definitely recommend asking for him when you go there.
The only downside was that they only had one person handling the finance department, so I had to wait a lot longer to finalize everything. I was finished with Deshun pretty quickly, but ended up waiting almost another two hours to get through financing and complete the paperwork.

Paid a lot of money to get a problem fixed that was not resolved. I also did not receive a called once my car was finished. Called multiple times to get in contact with anyone from service.

They always do a great job … the prices are a little too high because an oil change and tire rotation should not be $200 for a versa. The air filter is not included in the oil change either which is weird . That was $50 extra.

1st off I want to say Shauntel and Tina have been great. They are great people and they do their job. The lady that answers the phone in finance and another lady was also great. But the guy Brett that's supposed to be I believe a head person in finance is terrible. He never answers his phone and he doesn't return calls from messages. I had the best car buying experience Derryl wasn't pushy I told him exactly what I was looking for in a car and he delivered!!! The Staff, manager and owner were extremely friendly and helpful but I did have to bring the car back because a sensor was defective causing some issues and it took a week to complete but they put me in a loaner car so I wouldn't have to miss work/pay overall i was very pleased.
