ProPILOT Assist: In 2018, Nissan ProPilot Assist brings self-driving features to the budget conscious. Available in the 2018 Rogue and the upcoming 2018 Nissan Leaf as a user-friendly two-button operation, it helps drivers maintain lane control, navigate stop-and-go traffic, maintain a set vehicle speed and maintain a set distance to the vehicle in front. It has been tested and tuned on 200,000 miles of U.S roads and has the potential to reduce driver fatigue and create a more confident driving experience.

Rear Door Alert (RDA): Never forget a package or bag in the rear seat, the Rear Door Alert system will help remind you when you reach your destination to check the rear seat. RDA monitors the rear door switches to detect their open/closed status prior to and after a trip. If the system detects that a rear door was opened/closed before your journey, but then was not re-opened again after your arrival, the system responds with a series of notifications – starting with a display in the instrument panel and progressing to subtle but distinctive chirps of the horn.

Intelligent Rearview Mirror (I-RVM): If you’ve ever complained of your cargo, tall passengers or snow on the rear windshield impeding your rearward visibility, Nissan has a solution. The I-RVM adds a built-in LCD monitor within the traditional rearview mirror to help provide clear rearward visibility with just an easy flip of switch. By providing a clear and expanded field view in all conditions and the best possible view of the rear flanks, it helps drivers make better-informed decisions when backing up or changing lanes.
